During the winter break we tried to get our minds focused and bodies relaxed and tried doing a little yoga. Neither of us have done yoga before so we thought it'd be a fun challenge for the both of us.
We followed a begginners guide to yoga for some simple streches and poses but it worked well and we recommend it to anyone in need of a good strech or a de-stress.
